In this paper, we systematically studied the mass spectra of hyaluronic acid, acetic acid and propionic acid and their derivatives, and elucidated the mechanism of their cleavage under electron bombardment by mass spectrometry-structure analysis, high-resolution mass spectrometry and metastable data .
