1999年我国提出“科技兴贸”战略,以改变外贸增长的方式,促进外贸出口的发展。“科技兴贸”战略的核心在于大力促进高新技术产品出口和利用高新技术改造传统产业,优化出口商品结构,提高出口产品的质量、技术含量和附加值,增强国际市场竞争力,推动对外贸易攀升。今年1季度我国高新技术产品出口增幅达64%,占我国同期出口总额的28.6%。高新技术产品出口比重的增长,表明在“科技兴贸”战略推行的5年来,高新技术产品已经成为我国外贸出口增长的新动力。
In 1999, China proposed the strategy of “rejuvenating trade through science and technology” so as to change the mode of foreign trade growth and promote the development of foreign trade exports. The core of the strategy of “rejuvenating trade through science and technology” lies in vigorously promoting the export of high-tech products and using high technology to transform traditional industries, optimizing the structure of export commodities, enhancing the quality, technical content and added value of export products, enhancing the competitiveness in the international market and promoting foreign Trade is climbing. In the first quarter of this year, the export of high-tech products in our country increased by 64%, accounting for 28.6% of the total export of our country in the same period.
