“双师型”教师是应用型、技术型高校提升教学水平的关键所在,然而目前各大高校的“双师型”教师队伍建设模式并没有较为成熟的经验可以借鉴。教育生态学为研究“双师型”教师的培养提供了理论支撑,本文基于此,提出了“三元三维”的“双师型”教师队伍建设模式。
However, at present, there is no more mature experience for the construction of “double teacher” teachers in major colleges and universities. Educational ecology provides theoretical support for the research on the cultivation of “double teacher” teachers. Based on this, this paper proposes a “double teacher” teacher team construction model of “three yuan and three dimensions”.
