“双师型”教师是应用型、技术型高校提升教学水平的关键所在,然而目前各大高校的“双师型”教师队伍建设模式并没有较为成熟的经验可以借鉴。教育生态学为研究“双师型”教师的培养提供了理论支撑,本文基于此,提出了“三元三维”的“双师型”教师队伍建设模式。 However, at present, there is no more mature experience for the construction of “double teacher” teachers in major colleges and universities.
