在机床上应用气动工卡具时,需要一些附属设备,用来检查和控制气动工卡具。这一套附属设备包括减压阀、压力表、过滤器、注油器和配气阀(如图1),是单独装在机床上的,很复杂,占据地位又大。为了使气动工卡具应用起来更加方便起见,我们采用气动操纵箱来代替这一套附属设备。操纵箱的结构如图2所示。在铸铁箱体1里,装有减压阀、阀门和压力表。减压阀由活塞14和弹簧16、锥塞13和弹簧10、螺塞11和盖2构成。
In the application of pneumatic tools on the machine tools, the need for some auxiliary equipment used to check and control pneumatic tools. This set of ancillary equipment, including pressure reducing valves, pressure gauges, filters, oiler and distribution valve (Figure 1), is a separate installation on the machine, it is complex, occupy a large and position. In order to make pneumatic tools more convenient to use, we use the pneumatic control box to replace this set of ancillary equipment. The structure of the control box shown in Figure 2. In the cast iron case 1, there are pressure reducing valves, valves and pressure gauges. The pressure reducing valve is composed of a piston 14 and a spring 16, a plug 13 and a spring 10, a plug 11 and a cover 2.
