2011年1月31日,中国人民银行反洗钱局局长唐旭先生因病去世,惊闻噩耗,我们感到十分难过。唐旭先生是中国国际金融学会常务理事、中国国际金融学会学术委员会委员、《国际金融研究》杂志编委,他对学会和杂志工作给予了大力的支持和帮助,我们为失去这样一位师长而悲痛,为他的英年早逝而哀悼。现特刊发国际货币基金组织(IMF)总裁特别顾问、中国国际金融学会常务副会长朱民博士的悼念文章,以寄托我们的哀思。
On January 31, 2011, we feel very sad that Mr. Tang Xu, director of the Anti-Money Laundering Bureau of the People’s Bank of China, died of the illness and was shocked by the bad news. Mr. Tang Xu is standing director of China Institute of International Finance, member of academic committee of China Institute of International Finance, editorial board member of “International Finance Research” magazine. He gave strong support and assistance to the society and magazine work. In order to lose such a teacher, Grief, mourning for his premature death. We hereby issue a special tribute to Dr. Zhu Min, Special Advisor to the President of the International Monetary Fund and Executive Vice President of the China International Institute of Finance, in order to pin our grief.
