针对软交换设备人工维护操作中存在任务繁杂、工作量巨大的问题,对软交换设备的日常维护任务进行分析;针对其业务流程的易变性、任务的重复执行性等特点,引入具有灵活应变能力的低耦合的SOA(service oriented architecture,面向服务架构),设计和实现基于SOA的软交换设备自动维护系统,系统具有松散耦合度,使部分例行工作自动化执行,对网络运行情况自动分析,常见告警处理自动化,从而提高维护人员的工作效率和提升网络维护质量。
Aiming at the problems of complex tasks and huge workload in manual maintenance operation of softswitch equipment, the routine maintenance tasks of softswitch equipment are analyzed.
