目的:研究分析围绝经后妇女性生活满意度及其影响因素。方法:于2014年1月-2014年3月以自拟问卷调查表调查本地区45~64岁的1400例妇女的性生活状况、绝经年龄、阴道萎缩情况;再给其发放自制的性生活满意度调查表并由本院妇科医师对其进行健康检查,主要以阴道健康检查为主。结果:围绝经期妇女的性生活满意度普遍降低;绝经、经济状况、阴道健康水平是影响围绝经妇女性生活满意度的主要因素。结论:围绝经期妇女容易丧失自信心,产生不良情绪,直接影响性生活的满意度和生活质量,需加强宣传教育,增强保健意识。
OBJECTIVE: To study and analyze the sexual satisfaction and its influencing factors in postmenopausal women. Methods: From January 2014 to March 2014, we surveyed 1,400 women aged 45-64 years in our region with self-reported questionnaires about their sexual life, menopause age and vaginal atrophy. Degree questionnaire by the hospital gynecologists for their health examination, mainly vaginal health checks. Results: Sexual life satisfaction of perimenopausal women generally decreased. Menopause, economic status and vaginal health were the main factors influencing the sexual satisfaction of perimenopausal women. Conclusion: Perimenopausal women tend to lose self-confidence and produce negative emotions, which directly affects their satisfaction and quality of life. Publicity and education needs to be strengthened to enhance their awareness of health care.
