气相色谱法测定蔬菜水果中氟虫腈等6种农药残留

[目的]为建立同时测定蔬菜水果中氟虫腈、氟啶脲、二甲戊灵、虫螨腈、哒螨灵和苯醚甲环唑残留的气相色谱(GC-ECD)分析方法。[方法]样品用乙腈提取后,经氨基固相萃取小柱净化,GC-ECD检测,基质匹配外标法定量。[结果]6种供试农药在0.02~4.0 mg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数(r~2)为0.9982以上,在0.08、0.16、0.80 mg/kg添加水平下平均回收率为72.3%~111.4%;相对标准偏差RSD为0.7%~12.4%。[结论]该方法准确、灵敏、简单、高效,适用于同时测定蔬菜水果中这6种农药的残留量。 [Objective] The research aimed to establish a gas chromatography (GC-ECD) method for the simultaneous determination of fipronil, chlorfluazuron, pendimethalin, chlorfenapyr, pyridaben and difenoconazole residue in vegetables and fruits. [Method] After the sample was extracted with acetonitrile, the sample was purified by Amino Solid Phase Extraction Cartridge, detected by GC-ECD and quantified by matrix matching external standard method. [Result] The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the tested pesticides in the range of 0.02 ~ 4.0 mg / L and the correlation coefficient (r ~ 2) was above 0.9982. The average recoveries of the six pesticides at the concentrations of 0.08,0.16 and 0.80 mg / kg were 72.3% ~ 111.4%. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.7% ~ 12.4%. [Conclusion] The method was accurate, sensitive, simple and efficient and suitable for the simultaneous determination of residues of these six kinds of pesticides in fruits and vegetables.
