针对新兴煤矿巷道高埋深、高地压、围岩松软破碎、巷道变形量大及巷道复修率高的难题,分析巷道高压破碎变形机理。根据巷道围岩压力作用与分布、巷道围岩地质条件与巷道支护相互耦合的规律,确定“放、让、抗”的矿压控制原理。并结合实际确定基本支护方式采用增强支护方式、破碎围岩注浆补强加固和全断面进行支护的控制方案。现场矿压监测证明,该成套技术取得了较好的技术效果。
Aiming at the problems of high burial depth, high ground pressure, soft crushing of surrounding rock, large deformation of roadway and high repairing rate of roadway in new coal mine, the mechanism of high-pressure crushing and deformation of roadway is analyzed. According to the pressure effect and distribution of surrounding rock in roadway, the law of mutual coupling between the geological conditions of roadway surrounding rock and roadway support, the principle of rock pressure control of “letting, letting and resisting” be determined. Combined with the actual determination of the basic support methods, enhanced support methods, grouting reinforced broken reinforcement and full cross-section support control program. Site pressure monitoring shows that the complete set of technologies has achieved good technical results.
