随着高等教育在短时间内迅速扩张,中国的高等教育正逐渐从精英教育转向大众教育。面对大学生就业难的现实,如何从走出传统的就业模式,寻求大学生适应当代社会的就业管理方法,将成为大学生在校教育的新课题。在本文中,知识管理理论已经实施和应用于企业管理中,将它引入大学生就业管理,结合旅游管理专业大学生就业的实际情况,走出传统的思维和管理模式,通过提高旅游管理专业学生就业核心竞争力的办法,来促进学生就业,这个理论创新能够改善高校人才培养模式和学生就业的管理。
With the rapid expansion of higher education in a short period of time, China’s higher education is gradually shifting from elite education to mass education. Faced with the reality of college students’ employment difficulties, how to get out of the traditional mode of employment and find out how college students can adapt themselves to the employment management of contemporary society will become a new issue for college students in their education. In this paper, knowledge management theory has been implemented and applied to the management of enterprises, it will be introduced to the employment management of college students, combined with the actual situation of tourism management students employment, out of the traditional thinking and management mode, by improving tourism management students employment core competition Force approach to promote student employment, this theoretical innovation can improve college personnel training and management of student employment.
