可持续发展能力对于企业是至关重要的一种动态能力。现阶段,我国林业企业的可持续发展能力较弱,这严重阻碍了企业自身甚至林业产业的可持续发展。根据相关文献,结合林业企业具体特点,利用因子分析和结构方程,建立了林业企业可持续发展能力的路径模型,探讨了林业政策支持、资源环境容量、人力资本投入、市场对接度与可持续发展能力的逻辑关系,并对如何提升林业企业可持续发展能力进行政策建议。
Sustainability is a dynamic capability that is vital to your business. At this stage, our country’s forestry enterprises have a weak ability of sustainable development, which seriously hinders the sustainable development of the enterprises themselves and even the forestry industry. According to the relevant literature, combined with the specific characteristics of forestry enterprises, using factor analysis and structural equation, the paper establishes a path model of sustainable development capacity of forestry enterprises, and discusses the relationship between forestry policy support, resources and environment capacity, human capital investment, market compatibility and sustainable development Ability, and how to improve the sustainable development of forestry enterprises to make policy recommendations.
