针对单轴对称六边形孔蜂窝梁的力学性能进行系统研究,并在此基础上探究其简单实用的设计式。通过采用有限元软件ABAQUS建立非线性有限元模型,将其与已有试验资料进行对比分析,结果表明该模型具有足够的精确度。基于此有限元模型,分别研究在跨度、开孔率和孔间距不同的情况下,单轴对称六边形孔蜂窝梁的力学性能。结果表明:开孔率是影响强度承载力的主要因素,跨度是影响稳定承载力的主要因素,其他因素对力学性能的影响较小,最后给出了简化计算式。
Aiming at the mechanical properties of hexagonal-hole honeycomb beam with uniaxial symmetry, a systematic study was conducted on the basis of which the simple and practical design was explored. By using the finite element software ABAQUS to establish a nonlinear finite element model, comparing it with the existing experimental data, the results show that the model has sufficient accuracy. Based on this finite element model, the mechanical properties of hexagonal-hole honeycomb beams with uniaxial symmetry under different span, opening ratio and hole spacing were studied respectively. The results show that the open area ratio is the main factor affecting the strength bearing capacity. The span is the main factor affecting the stability bearing capacity. Other factors have less influence on the mechanical properties. Finally, the simplified formula is given.
