随着全球经济一体化的进程和中国对外开放步伐进一步的加快,外国厂商及其产品密集地在国内各个市场与本土厂商和产品展开了激烈的竞争,使本土企业面临更加困难的经营局面,而这也必将迫使我国企业更加积极地实施国际化发展战略。本文通过结合成熟的对外直接投资理论“OIL模式”来分析德国大众汽车早期对华直接投资的成功经验,对我国企业“走出去”进行国际化经营提供一些借鉴。
With the progress of global economic integration and the further acceleration of China’s opening up to the outside world, foreign manufacturers and their products are intensively competing with local manufacturers and products in various domestic markets to face more difficult business situations for local enterprises. However, This will also force our enterprises to more actively implement the strategy of international development. This paper analyzes the successful experience of Germany Volkswagen’s direct investment in China by combining the mature theory of foreign direct investment (FDI) with OIL model, and provides some references for the internationalization of Chinese enterprises’ going global.
