亚美尼亚延绵了逾十个世纪的手稿制作史展现并塑造了其特殊的宗教和文化传统。现存的中世纪亚美尼亚手稿是一种需要整体理解的符号体系和观看客体,从各个侧面浓缩了亚美尼亚人集体记忆和身份建构所需的多重要素。文中将聚焦亚美尼亚手稿插绘中一个重要的主题:福音书中的“手势”语言,并通过对都柏林比替图书馆馆藏亚美尼亚手稿的细读,将“手”的语言置于解经学和图像史背景中考量,试图从一种崭新的视角解读中世纪亚美尼亚图像传统及其背后独特的宗教文化意识。
Armenia’s history of the manuscripts, which lasted for more than a century, has demonstrated and shaped its particular religious and cultural traditions. The extant Medieval Armenian manuscripts are a symbolic system and audience of objects that require a holistic understanding and at various levels concentrate the multiple elements required for the collective memory and identity of Armenians. This article will focus on an important topic in the Armenian manuscript drawing: the “gesture” language in the Gospel and place the language of “hand” into solution to the problem of language by comparing Dublin with the Armenian manuscripts in the library’s collection And historical background of the image, attempts to interpret the medieval Armenian image tradition and the unique religious and cultural consciousness behind it from a brand new perspective.
