用粉末冶金法制备了以稀土氟化物CeF3改性的某热发动机用阀体材料HasteloyC自润滑合金材料,并且对这种材料的机械物理性能和摩擦学性能进行了试验研究.结果表明:在给定的试验条件下,于HasteloyC合金中添加CeF3的质量分数(wCeF3)为3%时,可以明显提高合金材料在室温下的冲击韧性和700℃高温下的抗压强度强;当wCeF3=5%时,合金材料具有最好的摩擦学性能.综合考虑机械性能与摩擦学性能,应以wCeF3=3%改性的合金为首选材料.
The HasteloyC self-lubricating alloy material for the valve body of a thermal engine modified with rare earth fluoride CeF3 was prepared by powder metallurgy method. The mechanical, physical and tribological properties of the material were tested. The results show that under the given experimental conditions, the addition of 3% CeF3 to HasteloyC alloy can improve the impact toughness of the alloy at room temperature and the high compressive strength at 700 ℃. When wCeF3 = 5%, the alloy material has the best tribological properties. Considering the mechanical properties and tribological properties should be wCeF3 = 3% modified alloy as the preferred material.
