用同亲回归法对棉枯、黄萎病抗性遗传的分析

用同亲回归法分析 F_1与双亲枯、黄萎病的病情关系,回归系数分别为 b=0.838~(**)和0.828~(**),相关系数分别为 r=0.93~(**)和0.88~(**).同时,这两种病害的一般配合力较低,分别为22.8%和22.5%;狭义遗传力分别为h_n~2=51.49%和52.65%.表明 F_1组合之间抗枯、黄萎病的差异大部分可遗传给 F_2.故在 F_1可淘汰抗病性差的组合. The regression relationship between F_1 and parents wilt and Verticillium wilt was analyzed by the method of cousin regression. The regression coefficients were b = 0.838 ~ (**) and 0.828 ~ (**), the correlation coefficients were r = 0.93 ~ (**) And 0.88 ~ (**), respectively.At the same time, the general combining ability of these two diseases was low, which were 22.8% and 22.5% respectively.The narrow heritability was h_n ~ 2 = 51.49% and 52.65% Wilt, most of the differences between Verticillium wilt can be inherited to F_2, so F_1 can eliminate poor combination of disease resistance.
