军队院校作为军事力量构成的重要部分,为军队发展建设提供坚强的人才保障。由于体制编制调整,军队院校自身的人力资源建设出现了一些新情况,主要形成了以现役军官制度和文职人员制度并行的运行状态。本文通过对军队院校这两种人力资源制度的梳理,分析军队院校人力资源建设中存在的问题,以问题探讨的形式勾勒出军队院校人力资源管理应有的发展走势。
Military academies and schools, as an important part of their military strength, provide strong personnel support for military development and construction. Due to the adjustment of system establishment, some new situations have emerged in the construction of the human resources of the military academies and universities themselves, mainly resulting in the parallel operation of the system of officers in active service and the civilian personnel. Through combing the two human resource systems in military academies and universities, this article analyzes the problems existing in the construction of human resources in military academies and universities and sketches the development trend of human resource management in military academies and universities in the form of question discussion.
