提出基于霍尔元件的钢丝绳漏磁场数值模拟分析,研究钢丝绳多励磁磁化回路漏磁场特征,分析霍尔元件的布置规律。结果表明:要得到较大的霍尔元件感应电压信号,在一定条件下,霍尔元件应尽可能靠近钢丝绳布置;钢丝绳损伤漏磁场信号主要分布在轴向方向,径向方向漏磁很少,要获得较好的检测效果,霍尔元件感应面应该垂直于钢丝绳轴向方向布置。
The numerical simulation analysis of the magnetic leakage field of the steel wire rope based on the Hall element is proposed. The characteristics of the leakage magnetic field of the wire rope multi-excitation magnetization circuit are studied. The layout of the Hall element is analyzed. The results show that for a large Hall element induced voltage signal, the Hall element should be arranged as close as possible to the wire rope under certain conditions. The signal of the leakage magnetic field of the wire rope is mainly distributed in the axial direction with little leakage in the radial direction, To get a better detection results, Hall element sensing surface should be perpendicular to the axial direction of the wire rope layout.
