以2012年从俄罗斯瓦维洛夫研究所引进的19份俄罗斯南瓜种质资源为研究对象,2012年春季在黑龙江省农业科学院园艺分院试验田进行了引进资源的试种、筛选工作,对引进材料进行了植物学、生物学性状的调查,并对引进资源进行分类、鉴评以及抗病、抗逆等方面筛选。结果表明:RY-3、RY-4、RY-7、RY-8、RY-9、RY-11、RY-14、RY-18的品质、口感表现为优异。RY-6、RY-7、RY-14抗病性表现突出,RY-3、RY-14白粉病抗性表现为高抗,RY-8、RY-16霜霉病表现为高抗。RY-4、RY-7、RY-9、RY-11、RY-14、RY-17产量均在2 600kg/667m2以上。综上,RY-3、RY-4、RY-7、RY-8、RY-9、RY-11、RY-14、RY-17、RY-18植物学综合性状表现优良,在抗病育种、产量及品质筛选等方面应用前景广阔。
Based on 19 Russian pumpkin germplasm resources introduced from Russia’s Vavilov Institute in 2012, spring planting and screening of introduced resources were conducted in the experimental field of horticultural branch of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences in spring 2012.
