关于纪录片创作的道德问题,一直以来不乏学者研究讨论,但大部分都是从创作者主体出发,关于创作者触及道德底线而引来对拍摄对象伤害问题的声讨和质疑。纪录片涉及的道德问题,不能仅仅停留在创作者本身的道德戒律的思考上,我们应该从更复杂的道德效果和影响去看待问题。本文欲从拍摄者、被拍摄者、观众及宏观的社会学意义等视角出发,呼吁创作者应建立摄影机人格意识的道德规范,更应在自身、被摄者及观众间建立起更全面的、更具开放性的道德场域,建构起对纪录片创作有实际参考意义的道德契约关系。
On the moral issue of documentary creation, many scholars have been studying the discussion, but most of them are from the creator of the main body, on the creators touched the moral bottom line caused the subject of injury claims denunciation and questioned. The ethical issues involved in the documentary should not rest solely with the creators’ moral precepts. We should look at the issue from more complicated moral effects and influences. From the angle of the photographer, the photographer, the audience and the macroscopic sociological significance, this article calls for creators to establish the moral norms of the camera’s personality consciousness, and establish a more comprehensive, A more open field of morality, to construct a moral contractual relationship that has practical reference to the documentary creation.
