近二十年来,嵌入全球价值链低端生产环节的代工企业纷纷面临升级陷阱。针对传统全球价值链相关理论对升级陷阱解释乏力的问题,本文构建了外部需求波动下代工企业升级陷阱的分析框架:在全球价值链布局的主要驱动力由寻求廉价劳动力演变为适应需求波动的背景下,具备“灵活劳动力组织”的代工企业在适应外部需求波动方面形成专业化能力,构成进入壁垒,形成了可持续但非升级的局部均衡发展模式;最后探讨了这一理论对中国加工贸易转型升级政策的启示。
In the past two decades, foundries embedded in the low-end production chain of the global value chain have been facing an upgrade trap. In order to solve the problem that the traditional GVC is weak to explain the upgrade trap, this paper builds an analytical framework for the upgrade pitfall of the foundry enterprise under the fluctuation of external demand.
