在研究克拉玛依石化厂减压馏分(馏程300~490℃)环烷酸成盐工艺基础上,分析了该馏分环烷酸盐作为热采蒸汽吞吐添加剂提高热采井产油量的各项性能后认为,环烷酸盐成盐工艺简单、产品成本低廉,各项性能指标达到了热采添加剂的技术要求。在室内研究的基础上,中试生产了90t环烷酸盐工业产品。在采油一厂稠油作业区实施了18口热采井加注环烷酸盐矿场试验。矿场试验达到了预期的效果,有效井12口,试验成功率66%有效井共增产原油1644t,共创收入175.908×104元,18口井矿场试验总投入经费40.05×104元,总投入产出比达到1∶4以上,取得了较好的经济效益,是为降低稠油热采成本而开发的一种有效、廉价的新型表面活性剂。
