利用生物信息学方法从玉米的基因组中鉴定出10个CBL基因,并对这些基因的染色体分布、进化、蛋白基序、顺式反应元件进行了系统分析。结果表明,玉米的CBL基因分为3个不同的进化类群,在基因组中的分布是不均匀的,而且都含有响应逆境信号的不同顺式反应元件。玉米CBL基因预测编码的蛋白都含有3个EF-手型结构,而且被预测定位在不同的细胞组分中。说明它们可能参与玉米的逆境响应过程,而且在功能上各不相同。
Ten CBL genes were identified from the genomes of maize using bioinformatics methods, and the chromosomal distribution, evolution, protein motifs and cis-response elements of these genes were systematically analyzed. The results showed that the CBL genes of maize were divided into three different evolutionary groups. The distribution of the CBL genes in the genome was heterogeneous and all contained different cis-response elements responding to the adverse signal. The predicted protein encoded by the CBL gene in maize contains three EF-hand structures and is predicted to be located in different cellular components. Indicating that they may participate in the process of adversity of corn, but also different in function.
