研究了以固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2-凹凸棒土为催化剂,对羟基苯甲酸和乙醇为原料合成尼泊金乙酯,并考察影响反应的因素。结果表明:酸醇摩尔比为1∶4、催化剂用量为3%、反应时间4h是最佳的反应条件,产品收率达93.2%。该催化剂与单组分固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2相比,具有成本较低,与产物易分离、可重复使用、不污染环境等优点,是对环境友好并具有应用前景的绿色催化剂。
In this paper, ethyl paraben was synthesized from p-hydroxybenzoic acid and ethanol using solid superacid SO42- / TiO2-attapulgite as catalyst, and the factors affecting the reaction were investigated. The results showed that the molar ratio of alcohol to alcohol was 1: 4, the amount of catalyst was 3% and the reaction time was 4h. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: the yield of product reached 93.2%. Compared with the single-component solid superacid SO42- / TiO2, the catalyst has the advantages of low cost, easy separation from the product, reusability and no environmental pollution, and is environmentally friendly and has a promising application as a green catalyst.
