ZBL2500型冷再生机是全厚式沥青路面冷再生机,集铣刨、再生剂喷洒、拌和等功能于一体,具有多系统综合自动控制能力,外形紧凑,机动灵活,可喷洒水、水泥稀浆、乳化沥青或泡沫沥青再生剂,能够实现再生作业的全自动化。该机行走装置采用4泵4马达闭式液压驱动系统,4轮驱动,牵引力大,过障碍或爬坡能力强;工作宽度为2.5m,最大铣刨深度可达420mm,可将沥青路面的面层和稳定层一同铣刨拌和,同时均匀地喷洒再生剂,以形成新的稳定层。
