目的:在参照点契约理论的框架下,运用实验经济学的方法初步探讨医疗机构管理者对医疗服务体系纵向整合利益分配的选择和反应。方法:利用z-tree软件编写实验程序,招募40名卫生管理专业的高年级本科生作为受试者进行实验,收集分成比例(整合收益中社区的分成占比)、努力程度等数据,利用Excel 2007、SPSS 17.0进行分析。结果:医院方选择分配给社区的比例的中位数是35.00%,社区方选择努力程度的中位数是8.00;选择的分成比例≤50%的比重占98.00%,选择的努力程度为10的比重占23.50%;医院选择的分成比例和社区选择的努力程度呈显著的相关关系(P<0.05)。结论:整合中努力程度与收益分配比例相关,社区卫生服务中心在努力程度上存在折减行为。
OBJECTIVE: To use the method of experimental economics to explore the choice and response of medical institution managers to the vertical integration of benefit distribution in medical service system under the framework of the reference point contract theory. Methods: Using z-tree software to write experimental program, recruiting 40 senior students of health management specialty as subjects to conduct experiments and collecting the data in proportion (the share of community in the integrated income), effort, etc., using Excel 2007, SPSS 17.0 for analysis. Results: The median of the proportion of hospitals choosing to be allocated to the community was 35.00%, and the median of community-level selecting efforts was 8.00. The proportion of the proportion of the patients who were less than or equal to 50% was 98.00% and the degree of effort was 10 Accounting for 23.50% of the total. The proportions of hospitals’ choices and the efforts of community selection were significantly correlated (P <0.05). Conclusion: The degree of effort in the integration is related to the proportion of income distribution, and the community health service center has a degree of reduction in efforts.
