当地时间6月23日,美国国防部长盖茨正式下令创建网络司令部,以协调网络安全以及指挥网络作战。美国是世界上第一个提出网络战概念的国家。美国媒体称,网络司令部的组建意味着美国准备加强对制网权的争夺。
On June 23 local time, U.S. Defense Secretary Gates formally ordered the creation of Cyber Command to coordinate cybersecurity and command network operations. The United States is the first country in the world to put forward the concept of cyberwar. According to the U.S. media, the formation of Cyber Command means that the United States is prepared to step up competition for the power to control the Internet.
