随着法学教育改革的推进,模拟法庭教学模式改革在各高校的法学教育中迅速推进。在各大高校的法学专业中,模拟法庭教学模式的常见形式有:程序表演型模拟法庭、“实战型”模拟法庭竞赛及模拟法庭课程等,本文主要就这三种模式对法学学生学习主体意识的培养进行论述,并比较得出适应学生发展需求的模拟法庭教学活动培养模式。
With the reform of legal education, the reform of moot court teaching mode has been rapidly promoted in the legal education of all universities.
