目的:采用星点设计-效应面法优化万寿菊中叶黄素提取工艺。方法:以反应时间和加碱体积为考察因素,以提取率作为评价指标,对两个因素的各水平进行多元线性和二项式拟合,建立相应的数学模型,按二项式描绘三维效应面,从而得到提取率较佳的实验条件。结果:二项式是描述指标与因素之间的最佳模型,相关性较好(r=0.9382),最佳提取工艺为:反应时间26min,加碱体积5.7mL。依最佳条件得提取率为1.16%,与理论预测值的偏差为10.49%。结论:星点设计-效应面优化法对提取叶黄素的试验指标具有较好的优选性和预测性。“,”Objective: In this paper, we obtain the optical extraction technology of lutein by Central Composite Design-Response Surface Method. Methods: Independent variables of the experimental design were reaction time and the addition of KOH. The extraction rate was used as estimation index, and multivariate linear or second nonlinear regression equation, and also to establish a mathematical model. The extraction rate was fitted to a second-order Polynomial equation, surface graph was produced. Results: The coefficient of correlation of second-order quadratic model was high(r=0.9382). Optimum experimental conditions: extraction time was 26 min, the addition of KOH was 57 mL. The extraction rate was 1.16%. Bias between observed and predicted values was 10.49%. Conclusion: It shows that the optimum model is highly predictive.
