研究了中碳钢零件在箱式多用炉中进行气体氮碳共渗时,温度、时间和炉内气氛对零件共渗层表面色泽的影响。结果表明:在炉内气氛(氢浓度)不均匀的情况下,降低温度、延长时间,能使钢件表面还原充分,零件表面色泽为均匀的灰白色。
The effects of temperature, time and furnace atmosphere on the surface color of the part were studied when gas carbonitriding of medium carbon steel parts was carried out in a box type multi-purpose furnace. The results show that when the atmosphere in the furnace (hydrogen concentration) is not uniform, reducing the temperature and prolonging the time can make the surface of the steel material fully reduce and the surface of the steel part be uniform and gray in color.
