临时船闸及升船机工程,最大开挖深度150m,岩石开挖总量1455.81万m3,开挖边坡面积30多万m2,钻孔总进尺180万m。一期开挖边坡,全部采用预裂爆破,预裂深15~28m,总进尺40万m。升船机深槽开挖,改深孔预裂为9~28m梯段台阶预裂。无保护层一次性爆破时,采用垂直孔孔底设置柔性垫层的方法保护建基面。根据不同部位对爆破质点振速的要求,求出爆心距、不同边界条件下的允许单段药量,进而确定其他爆破参数,确保了保留岩体和新浇混凝土不致遭到震动破坏。
