以喷油泵柱塞偶件怠速与停油位置及其尺寸与形位公差为例,通过作图法与计算法的比较与分析,研究怠速提前柱塞偶件开发过程中的基本方法、思路和必需加以注意的问题。研究表明,在产品名义值的设计方面,作图法与计算法两种方法可以取得较为一致的效果,但计算法更适合于产品尺寸、形位公差系统的进一步精确计算与分析。
