在对山东省市县乡医院职工不满情绪的调查中发现:①三级医院职工对收入、住房不满程度高,医院级别越高,对住房要求的不满程度越高;②对生活和工作安全问题的不满率均在60%以上;③对业务学习和晋升职称的不满率均达80%以上;④对工作中发挥潜力和成长机会的不满率都在60%以上。
