荞麦是我国的主要农作物之一,在我国的农业发展史上已有2 000多年的历史。其在我国北方的总种植面积中所占的比例较高,荞麦所做成的食品也深受北方人民喜爱。而由于北方地区地理条件和气候等因素的影响,荞麦的栽培要特别注意。基于此,对旱地荞麦栽培技术要点进行简单的研究和分析,旨在提高作物的产量和品质。
Buckwheat is one of China’s major crops and has a history of over 2,000 years in the history of agricultural development in our country. Its share of the total planted area in the north of our country is high, and the food made from buckwheat is also loved by the northern people. Due to the geographical conditions in the north and climate and other factors, special attention should be paid to the cultivation of buckwheat. Based on this, a simple research and analysis on the key techniques of cultivation of dry land buckwheat aims to improve crop yield and quality.
