权利整合是党的发展、党的事业壮大的内在需要,也是党的执政能力建设的重要组成部分,只有提高权利整合的能力,才能更好地推动科学发展、促进社会和谐。文章分析了社会转型期民主诉求增强的社会现实,并对其现状、成因与现实挑战作了深入分析,在此基础上提出了拓宽执政党权利整合的有效途径,以形成平等合理的社会权益格局。
The integration of rights is the inherent need of the development of the party and the expansion of the party’s cause as well as an important part of the building of the party’s governing ability. Only by enhancing the capacity of right integration can we promote the scientific development and promote social harmony. The article analyzes the social reality that the democratic appeal is increasing in the period of social transformation, and makes an in-depth analysis of its status quo, causes and realistic challenges. Based on this, it puts forward an effective way to broaden the integration of ruling party’s rights so as to form an equal and reasonable social rights and interests .
