胃十二指肠溃疡,行胃大部份切除术后的残胃发生癌。国内外文献陆续有报道。我院外科于1979年1月至1983年10月,收治残胃癌患者18例。根据多数学者意见:胃手术后的残胃癌应排除首次胃切除时胃癌和胃良性病变共存的可能,切下的手术标本经病理组织学检查确无恶性病变存在,并且应以首次胃十二指肠溃疡手术后5年以上发生者为限。本组18例中符合此标准者15例,占同期收治胃癌患者
