目的:观察于大鼠眶下神经干注射秋水仙碱是否对三叉神经痛有治疗作用。方法:将一个1mm2的滤纸片(浸有0.2%苦毒素)直接放置于两侧闫脑尾侧1~2mm颈髓质上表面至少5min,形成三叉神经痛模型。于右侧眶下神经干注射0.4g/L秋水仙碱200μL。于用药后当日和第2,5,6天分别对实验侧与对照侧大鼠胫前肌肌电图(EMG)发放进行记录。测量EMG波的振幅、时限、每次发作持续时间、开始出现发作的时间及至不发作的全程时间,并进行统计学对比分析。结果:注射秋水仙碱对EMG各项指标中的振幅影响最大。实验侧术后第2天EMG振幅为(110.00±14.14)μV较手术当日(613.33±180.37)μV明显减小,术后第5,6天EMG振幅分别为(285.71±68.28)μV和(264.62±119.77)μV,虽有所回升,但与对照侧差异有显著性意义(P<0.001)。结论:0.4g/L秋水仙碱对三叉神经痛有一定的治疗作用。
Objective: To observe whether injection of colchicine into the infraorbital trunk of the rats has a therapeutic effect on trigeminal neuralgia. Methods: A 1mm2 filter paper (immersed in 0.2% bitter toxin) was placed directly on the surface of the medulla oblongata 1 ~ 2mm on both sides of the Yan brain at least 5min, the formation of trigeminal neuralgia model. In the right infraorbital nerve trunk injection 0.4g / L colchicine 200μL. Electromyography (EMG) release from the anterior tibial muscle of the experimental side and the control side were recorded on the day after treatment and on days 2, 5 and 6, respectively. Measure the amplitude of EMG wave, time limit, the duration of each attack, the time of onset of attack and the full time of non-attack, and carry out statistical comparative analysis. Results: The injection of colchicine had the greatest effect on the amplitude of EMG. On the second day after operation, the amplitude of EMG was (110.00 ± 14.14) μV, which was significantly lower than that on the day of operation (613.33 ± 180.37 μV). The amplitude of EMG was (285.71 ± 68.28) μV and (264.62 ± 119.77) μV, although there was a rise, but there was significant difference with the control side (P <0.001). Conclusion: 0.4g / L colchicine has a certain therapeutic effect on trigeminal neuralgia.
