发动机工作时,可燃气体在缸盖燃烧室压缩后点燃,座圈承受着很高的热负荷和机械负荷,这要求座圈有很高的耐磨性和密封性。如果气门在工作时发生中心偏移,既会导致有害的热传导、气门及导管孔的快速磨损,还会造成耗油量增加。这对座圈和导管孔的加工精度提出了较高要求。我公司的缸盖线在工艺规划时就充分借鉴和吸收了许多国际同行的经验和教训,特别是在座圈和导管孔的加工上有着独到之处。
When the engine is working, the combustible gas is ignited in the combustion chamber of the cylinder head, and the seat ring is subjected to high heat load and mechanical load, which requires the seat ring to have high wear resistance and tightness.
