Seventeen years ago, when I was just in the “standing” year, I transferred to the Nanjing Institute of Automation from the hydroelectric site on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, where I was appointed the director of Liang Hanchao’s life to prepare for the “Automation of Power Systems” magazine. The first issue was published in January 1977. In 1979, it was approved by the State Science and Technology Commission as one of the first batch of professional sci-tech periodicals to resume public issuance after the “Cultural Revolution”. In 1982, the Ministry of Water Resources and Electric Power confirmed “Automation of Power System” as a ministry publication. Sixteen years later, when the “Electrical Power Automation” ushered in the 17th New Year, it has become domestic electricity.
