目的:为了解全县居民食用碘盐情况,及时发现问题并采取相应干预措施,继续保证居民食用合格碘盐。方法:根据《全国碘盐监测方案》对居民户层次的碘盐进行随机抽样监测和结果判定。结果:2005年~2008年全县非碘盐率为1.48%,碘盐覆盖率为98.52%,碘盐合格率为99.03%,合格碘盐食用率为97.57%,盐碘中位数为30.5 mg/kg。结论:2005年~2008年全县碘盐覆盖率,碘盐合格率和合格碘盐食用率均达到国家标准,但非碘盐率有抬头之势。
Objective: To understand the county residents eat iodized salt, identify problems and take appropriate interventions to continue to ensure that residents eat iodized salt. Methods: According to the “national iodized salt monitoring program” on the household level of iodized salt monitoring and random determination of the results. Results: From 2005 to 2008, the non-iodized salt rate was 1.48%, the iodized salt coverage rate was 98.52%, the qualified rate of iodized salt was 99.03%, the qualified iodized salt consumption rate was 97.57%, and the median of salt iodine was 30.5 mg / kg. Conclusion: From 2005 to 2008, the coverage of iodized salt, the qualified rate of iodized salt and the qualified iodized salt in the whole county reached the national standard, but the rate of non-iodized salt was on the rise.
