目的观察扩血管药物硝普钠联合小容量高晶体-高胶体混合液(HHS)对电击致室颤兔心肺复苏血流动力学的影响。方法将18只新西兰大白兔随机分为肾上腺素组(A组)、硝普钠组(B组)和硝普钠联合高晶体-高胶体渗透压混合液组(C组),每组6只。心肺复苏术(CPR)开始后即刻应用上述3种药物,观察复苏中及复苏后动物的生理指标及状态。结果 CPR30min3组的平均动脉压(MAP)、冠脉灌注压(CPP)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组血pH值、二氧化碳分压(PCO2)、氧分压(PaO2)在复苏前后各时间点,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与传统的收缩血管药物肾上腺素相比,硝普钠联合高晶体-高胶体渗透压混合液能有效改善心肺复苏的平均动脉压、冠脉灌注压等血流动力学效果。
Objective To observe the effects of vasodilator drug sodium nitroprusside combined with small volume high crystal and high colloidal mixture (HHS) on cardiopulmonary resuscitation hemodynamics induced by electric shock in rabbits. Methods Eighteen New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into adrenaline group (A group), sodium nitroprusside group (B group) and sodium nitroprusside combined with high crystal - high colloid osmotic pressure mixture group (C group) . Immediately after cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) started, the above three drugs were used to observe the physiological indexes and states of animals after resuscitation and resuscitation. Results The mean arterial pressure (MAP) and coronary perfusion pressure (CPP) in CPR30min3 group were significantly different (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in pH value, PCO2 and PaO2 before and after resuscitation between the three groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional vasoconstrictor epinephrine, sodium nitroprusside and high crystal - high colloid osmotic pressure mixture can effectively improve the hemodynamic effects of mean arterial pressure and coronary perfusion pressure in cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
