目的研究民间药黄水枝Tiarella polyphylla的化学成分。方法采用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从黄水枝85%乙醇提取物的石油醚和醋酸乙酯萃取部位分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为豆甾醇(Ⅰ)、十七烷酸(Ⅱ)、没食子酸乙酯(Ⅲ)、槲皮素(Ⅳ)、原儿茶酸(Ⅴ)、杨梅素(Ⅵ)、没食子酸(Ⅶ)、山奈酚-3-O-β-D-芸香糖苷(Ⅶ)、芦丁(Ⅸ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅲ、Ⅴ、Ⅶ~Ⅸ均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the folk medicine Tiarella polyphylla. Methods A variety of chromatographic techniques were used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures were identified according to their physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Nine compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether and ethyl acetate extraction fractions of the 85% ethanol extract of Huangshui branch. They were identified as stigmasterol (I), heptadecanoic acid (II), ethyl gallate (III), and triterpene. Petritin (IV), protocatechuic acid (V), myricetin (VI), gallic acid (VII), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-rutinoside (VII), rutin (IX). Conclusion Compounds I-III, V, VII-IX were isolated from this plant for the first time.
