非智力因素是指与认识没有直接关系的情感、意志、兴趣、性格、需要、动机、目标、抱负、信念、世界观等方面。非智力因素在人才的成长的过程中有着不可忽视的作用。本文就如何在信息技术课程中培养学生非智力因素加以探讨,并提出应采取的具体措施。
Non-intellectual factors refer to emotions, will, interest, character, needs, motives, goals, aspirations, beliefs and worldviews which are not directly related to cognition. Non-intellectual factors in the process of the growth of talent has a can not be ignored. This article discusses how to cultivate students’ non-intellectual factors in the course of information technology and puts forward specific measures to be taken.
