本文针对城市景观风貌提升建设中存在的问题提出推广借鉴型、深化加强型、局部整改型、重新布局型和规划发展型五大提升模式,每种模式分别提供针对性的提升指导细则的论述。通过将南宁市重点公园广场为研究对象,从城市总体、片区和重点单元三个层面,遵循城市整体景观风貌提升的总体布局与文化属性,结合现状调研分析将区域范围内所有地块进行分类并与五种模式匹配,对每个建设主体在城市景观风貌提升工程中的落地实施提供了详实的依据和切实可行的指导,对城市的实用性要素、形象性要素和文化性要素进行系统性的提升规划,构建可持续化、生态化发展城市构架的可行性对策。
Based on the existing problems in the promotion of urban landscape appearance, this paper proposes five models for promotion, reference, deepening, partial rectification, rearrangement and planning development.
