随着我国新一轮的基础教育改革从2001年9月在全国38个国家级实验区推进至今已有十余个年头。一路走来,课程改革在深度与广度上都有了持续、长足的发展。作为一名一线教师,我对此有着深刻的体会。从刚开始对《国家基础教育课程改革指导纲要》的一知半解到现在欣然接受课程改革的新理念,并将此融入实际的课堂教学中。从过去传统的“传道授业解惑”单纯的注重知识的传授到现在逐渐转变为更为关注学生的学习方式、学习愿望和学习能力的培养。在这个转变过程中,自己也在不断思考、探索如何组织高效课堂教学的方法。下面结合英语学科的特点将这些年来在课堂上组织学生运用小组合作学习来提高课堂效率的课例与大家分享。
With the new round of reform in basic education in our country, more than ten years have passed since September 2001 in 38 national experimental areas across the country. Along the way, the curriculum reform has sustained and rapid development both in depth and breadth. As a front-line teacher, I have a profound understanding of this. From the very beginning, he did not understand the guiding ideology of the reform of the basic education curriculum in our country until now, embracing the new concept of curriculum reform and integrating it into the actual classroom teaching. From the past traditional “preaching puzzled ” purely knowledge-based teaching to the present gradually transformed into more attention to student learning, learning desire and ability to learn. In this process of change, they are constantly thinking about how to organize efficient classroom teaching. The following combination of the characteristics of the English subject will be in the classroom in these years, students use group to learn to improve classroom efficiency lesson to share with you.
