重庆警备区牵头协调驻渝21个团以上单位和7个地方部门组成扶贫集团,对重庆市移民任务最重、贫困面最大的奉节县实施了集团扶贫。一年多来,扶贫集团发挥整体优势,为奉节县的扶贫攻坚作了大量工作,并取得了初步成效,直接帮助6万多群众脱贫,在军内外引起了强烈反响。军委迟浩田副主席和军区张志坚政委对集团扶贫给予了充分肯定和表扬。中共中央办公厅近日又转发了驻渝部队开展集团式扶贫的做法。现刊出,供各级人武部门借鉴学习。 西南地区贫困面在全国最大,目前尚有1400多万贫困人口未脱贫,目前已进入扶贫攻坚的关键阶段。坚持把扶贫攻坚作为政治任务来抓,积极努力地帮助驻地群众脱贫致富,省军区系统要认真学习军委江主席关于“要把扶贫攻坚作为省军区系统的重要工作内容”的指示,进一步发挥好牵头协调作用,为当地的扶贫攻坚做出应有的贡献。

Recently, the CPC Central Committee General Office has forwarded the practice of group-based poverty alleviation in the Chongqing forces. Now published for people’s military departments at all levels to learn from. Southwest China has the largest number of poverty-stricken people in the country. Currently, more than 14 million needy people have not escaped poverty and have now entered the crucial stage of poverty alleviation. Adhere to the crucial task of tackling the problem of poverty alleviation and actively help the resident masses to get rid of poverty and prosperity.
