金杜鹃大客户服务体系成立于2013年,恰逢金鹃成立二十周年。顾名思义,“金杜鹃”之名取自“金鹃”。金,象征富贵;杜鹃,安徽省花。二十年,这朵金色杜鹃光泽如昔,一直是安徽广告界昂首挺立的标志。大客户服务体系是为金鹃公司核心大客户量身打造的一个深度品牌服务项目,提高对大客户的专业化服务。对于媒介预算多、投放量较大的客户,在媒介投放过程中面临的风险也更大。由于基数庞大,“浪费掉的一半”广告费也相对庞大,大客户更需要对消费者、对传播环境的深入洞察。而对于中小企业来说,大企业的选择,也预示着行业的风向趋势。
