对该氧化程度较弱的磁铁矿进行了选矿研究,通过粗磨弱磁选抛尾、粗精矿再磨后常规磁选与反浮选两种工艺对比试验,最终采用粗精矿再磨反浮选工艺,在适宜的磨矿细度下,获得了精矿TFe品位64.15%、回收率83.5%的理想指标。
The magnetite with weaker oxidation degree was beneficiated. Through coarse grinding, weak magnetic separation, tailing, roughing and re-grinding conventional magnetic separation and anti-flotation two kinds of process comparison test, and finally the use of coarse concentrate regrinding Anti-flotation process, in the appropriate grinding fineness, obtained concentrate of TFe grade 64.15%, the ideal recovery rate of 83.5%.
