目的:对大兴区2007-2009年576份农村居民碘盐监测结果进行分析,及时发现问题并采取相应措施,以保障农村居民食用到合格的碘盐。方法:对大兴区共7个乡镇采集农村居民食用盐576份,按照国家标准(GB/T13025.7-1999)2.1直接滴定法检测食盐中碘酸钾含量。结果:共采集样本576份,其中合格碘盐540份,非碘盐36份,合格碘盐覆盖率为93.75%。结论:大兴区农村地区居民食用碘盐的合格率比较高,但还有一定非碘盐的存在,建议进一步强化农村地区碘盐普及。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the iodized salt monitoring results of 576 rural residents in Daxing District from 2007 to 2009, find out the problems in time and take appropriate measures to ensure that rural residents can consume the qualified iodized salt. Methods: A total of 576 rural residents were collected from 7 villages and towns in Daxing District. The content of potassium iodate in salt was measured by direct titration in accordance with the national standard (GB / T13025.7-1999). Results: A total of 576 samples were collected, of which 540 were qualified iodized salt and 36 were non-iodized salt. The coverage of qualified iodized salt was 93.75%. Conclusion: The qualified rate of iodized salt in rural residents in Daxing District is relatively high, but there is still some non-iodized salt in the rural areas. It is suggested that iodized salt should be further popularized in rural areas.
