中央决定,从2008年9月开始,用一年半左右的时间,在全党分批开展深入学习实践科学发展观活动。这是认真贯彻落实党的十七大精神,在新的历史起点上发展中国特色社会主义的重大部署。以2008年9月19日中央召开全党深入学习实践科学发展观活动动员大会为标志,一场广泛深入的学习实践活动迅速在全党全国展开。
The Central Government decided that starting from September 2008, it will take about a year and a half to conduct in-depth study and practice of the scientific outlook on development in the entire party. This is a major plan for earnestly implementing the spirit of the 17th National Party Congress and for developing socialism with Chinese characteristics at the new historical starting point. On September 19, 2008, the Central Party Committee held the mobilization meeting for deepening the study and practice of the scientific concept of development held by the CPC Central Committee as a symbol.
